Have you ever dreamt of being one of those atheletes who break world records? Or one of those freaks who are constantly preoccupied by pushing their body to its limits and challenging their own physical strength as well as their own mind? This is what “David Blaine” has done when he broke in April 2008 the world record in ‘apnea’. He could hold his breath under water for 17 minutes and 4 seconds. A new world record. This is not only a difficult experience but also an out of body experience. It needs a total control from mind over body, lots and lots of training as well as meditation.
