You’re absolutely right, this is not the case of my story… I think that you saw the constant “nostalgie” of the past full but somehow confused life of this man in the story as an invitation to some type of sect or faith which is not at all the case

None of those you have in Egypt (at least do I hope you don’t have them here). Actually it was reminding me of stories told by Pentecotists, Adventists, Temoins de Jehovah, Enfants de Dieu, Mormons and many others… which abuse the hope and naivety of weak people.
(Of course I did not want to say that this is your case)

I am very much interested to know why you think that? What type of sects are you referring to? This is a totally immaginatory story which does not have any identity except an emotional human identity

Thanks for your comment. I do agree with you that it takes a lot of courage indeed to face one’s self, then again I feel that this can be influenced by one’s society and culture, where some men are simply encouraged to have a very macho type of life. Is it a man’s world?
