Tips To Last Longer Naturally – 2 Awesome Bedroom Tricks To Boost Your Stamina While Sex!

Need tips to last longer naturally? I'm sure you do. As a matter of fact, premature ejaculation is a very common problem, so it is no surprise that the vast majority of men would love to last longer when they have sex. Most men try their best to prolong their sexual experience in order to please their partners, but many of us simply fall short when it comes to our stamina. But do not fret … this article will reveal 2 simple, proven ways to help you go longer when you make love.

"Timing & Awareness"

Ejaculation takes place when your pelvic floor muscles contract and release semen. To prevent an early ejaculation from occurring, you need to read your body's signals at the right timing. You see, most guys tend to go from arousal to orgasm without thinking. Knowing your "point of no return" is important if you want to prolong sex. Once you hit the peak, the game is over. "Think about something else and you will last longer" is a flawed perception that many men still subscribe to. Instead, you should do the exact opposite. You should focus on every single sensation your body is experiencing during sex. This will give you timely signals to use varying techniques to slow down an impending orgasm.

"Do not Hit The Ground Running"

Guys who suffer from premature ejaculation tend to climax within the first 2 minutes of intercourse. That is why you should always go slow from the start to prevent your arousal from shooting up. One way to do this is to simply extend your foreplay and focus on your partner. Not only will this enhance her sexual orientation, it will also help you relax and get comfortable. Once you start intercourse, go easy on the annoying so that you can get accustomed to the sensations and last longer.

How to Properly Put a Greeting Card in an Envelope

Until someone recently asked me if there was a proper way to put a greeting card into an envelope, it had not occurred to me it was not common knowledge. With the exception of the times when I receive a greeting card that is not properly inserted. It is then just a fleeting thought before reading the message and admiring the pretty artwork of the card.

Have you ever thought about it? Did you know there was a proper way to place a card in an envelope? If not, you will be happy to know it requires little thought to present your greeting card in the best possible manner. Once you know the proper way, because it makes so much sense, it will quickly become very natural to you.

First of all, your card needs to be face up when it is opened. I know many think the front (face) should be facing the front of the envelope, like they would wrap a gift. Just the opposite is true. The card should be pretty, front, side up to the envelope opening so the receiver can enjoy the card before even removing it.

Second, the card should be placed into the envelope so that is not only face up but ready to opened and read. If the card has a side fold, opens from the side, the fold of the card should go into the envelope first. The recipient of the card will turn the envelope over so the envelope flap is right side up, open the flap, slide the greeting card out and be able to look at the front of the card without needing to turn it over first.

If the greeting card you are sending opens from the bottom, the fold is to go to the top of the envelope. Slide your greeting card into the envelope with the opening going in first, or to the bottom of the envelope. Of course, the card front is still to be face up to the envelope opening. Because we tend to open an envelope with the flap vertical to us, the recipient will need to turn the card a quarter turn to read it.

While placing your greeting card into an envelope properly may go unnoticed by the card recipient, an improperly placed card probably will be noticed. Because it is so simple to do and remember how, why not present your card so it is delightful before it even leaves the envelope?

As a hand-made card maker, this is just the last step in putting a smile on someone’s face letting them know they were thought of that day.

Traveling To America? New ESTA Registration Mandated January 2009

For years, visitors from certain foreign countries have been able to travel to America without first getting a formal Visa sticker placed in their passport. Implemented in 1998, the “Visa Waiver Program” (VWP) has allowed for visitors of several countries to come to America for tourism or business purposes for up to 90 days without getting a Visa put in their passport. During 2007, more than 15 million visitors from VWP countries arrived in the United States.

As of January 12, 2009 America’s new ESTA program requires Visa Waiver Program visitors coming to the U.S. for tourist or business purposes via a plane or ship to “register” online before entering the United States to see if they pose a law enforcement or security risk to the U.S. ESTA is not required for land crossings. Officials are asking that the ESTA registration be done at least 72 hours prior to leaving, but theoretically it is possible to register at the last minute. An ESTA Travel Authorization is free, valid for 2 years, and valid for multiple entries.

Here are some Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) for ESTA Travel Authorization:

What Countries Are in the Visa Waiver Program?

Andorra, Austria, Australia, Belgium, Brunei, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, The Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, San Marino, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.

Where Do I Apply for an ESTA Travel Authorization?

A website, operated by the American government, is where you register for ESTA: esta.cbp.dhs.gov. The ESTA information you submit via the computer is compared with certain American law enforcement databases and then either approved or denied. Foreign travelers will not be able to submit ESTA applications at American airports after arriving or at a U.S. Embassy in their country.

What if I Don’t Have Plans to Travel to the U.S. Yet?

VWP travelers are not required to have specific plans to travel to the United States before they apply for an ESTA Travel Authorization. As soon as VWP travelers begin to plan a trip to visit the U.S., they are encouraged to apply for travel authorization through the ESTA website. Applicants are not required to update their destination addresses or itineraries if they change after their ESTA Travel Authorization has been granted.

Does the ESTA Travel Authorization Guarantee Entry to the U.S.?

An ESTA Travel Authorization only authorizes a traveler to board an airline or ship for travel to the U.S. under the Visa Waiver Program. After they arrive, travelers who obtained an ESTA Travel Authorization may still be denied entry (also called “admission”) at a U.S. port of entry, such as an American airport. An approved ESTA is not a guarantee of admissibility at an American airport. In all cases, the American airport officers make the final determination whether a foreign traveler can enter the U.S. or not. You still have to establish to the satisfaction of the inspecting officer that you are entitled to be admitted to the U.S. under the Visa Waiver Program.

Can I Change My Travel Itinerary?

It is possible to change an itinerary on an existing ESTA Travel Authorization; ESTA is designed so that you can update parts of it at any time. Travelers who did not get an ESTA approval may be denied boarding by the airlines, experience delayed processing, or be denied admission to the U.S. at the American airport.

What If I Already Have a Valid B1/B2 Visitor Visa?

While the ESTA Travel Authorization is completed online with no interview, there are Visas that require a U.S. Embassy interview. The Visa process has separate procedures, which generally require an appointment, travel to a U.S. Embassy, an interview with a Consular Officer, processing time, and the payment of an application fee. If a foreign national already went to the U.S. Embassy and has a valid B1/B2 Visitor Visa pasted in their passport it is not necessary to get an ESTA Travel Authorization because the traveler will be entering with a B1/B2 Visitor Visa and not through the Visa Waiver Program. Keep in mind that an approved ESTA Travel Authorization is not a Visa.

Can I Re-Apply for an ESTA Travel Authorization if Denied?

Yes, but you must wait at least 10 days to reapply and your circumstances must have changed. Unless there is a change in a substantive fact, re-application will not change the result. Keep in mind that applying for an ESTA Travel Authorization with false information can cause a foreign national to be permanently barred from ever entering America. The ESTA system is designed to try to prevent individuals from changing and manipulating an ESTA entry until they receive an approval.

What If I am Denied an ESTA Travel Authorization and Have No Changed Circumstances?

There are three types of responses to an ESTA application; approved, pending or travel not authorized (denied). Applicants who receive a “pending” response are advised to check the website 72 hours later. Applicants who are denied will be required to go to a U.S. Embassy to apply for a formal nonimmigrant visa, such as a B1/B2 Visa, which may take months.

Can a Traveler Find Out the Reason Why an ESTA Application was Denied?

The U.S. Dept. of Homeland Security has stated that travelers may contact the DHS Travel Redress Inquiry Program (DHS TRIP at dhs.gov) but there are no guarantees that information about a denial will be divulged. U.S. Embassies and Consulates are not required to provide details about an ESTA denial nor resolve the issue that caused the ESTA denial.

What If I Have a Criminal Record?

Only those qualified to travel under the VWP are eligible to pre-register through ESTA. Persons who have been arrested and/or convicted are generally not eligible for VWP and probably require a formal Visa, such as a B1/B2 Visa, to travel to America. If a foreign national has received tickets for speeding (which don’t usually result in an arrest or conviction) they are probably still eligible for the VWP and ESTA. If a foreign traveler has been denied entry into or deported from the U.S., they require a formal Visa.

Do Any Other Countries Have a Similar Program?

Australia has a program called the Electronic Travel Authority (ETA) that mandates travelers to submit an ETA application electronically through a website requesting permission to travel to Australia. Airlines may refuse to accept passengers who do not have either an approved ETA or Visa to enter Australia.

How Long Will the ESTA Application Data be Stored? Who Can Access It?

The ESTA Travel Authorization is valid for two years or until the traveler’s passport expires, whichever comes first. The American government will maintain the information for at least 15 years to allow retrieval of the information for law enforcement, national security, or investigatory purposes. Information submitted through ESTA can also be shared with any U.S. government organization.

What Information Does the Airlines Get?

Airlines will receive confirmation of a passenger’s ESTA status visa the “Advance Passenger Information System” (APIS) which shows whether the ESTA authorization has been granted for a Visa Waiver Program traveler. It is recommended that the traveler print out the ESTA application approval in order to maintain a record of their ESTA application number and to have confirmation of their ESTA status.

What About Children?

Accompanied and unaccompanied children, regardless of age, are required to obtain an independent ESTA Travel Authorization.

What if a Mistake was Made on the ESTA Application?

The ESTA website will ask applicants to review their application before submitting it. Also, there is an update function for certain information such as email address, telephone number, or flight information. If an applicant makes a mistake that cannot be “updated,” he will need to submit a new ESTA application.

What if I Only Have a Connecting Flight Through the U.S.?

Visa Waiver Program visitors who have a connecting flight in the U.S. are required to either have ESTA Travel Authorization or a Visa from a U.S. Embassy in their passport to travel through the U.S. even for a one hour stop. If a traveler is only planning to stop in the U.S. en route to another country, the traveler should enter the words “In Transit” and his final destination in the address lines under the heading “Address While In The United States” on the ESTA application.

What Are the Questions on the ESTA Travel Authorization Application?

The traveler must provide (in English) biographical data including name, birth date, country of citizenship, country of residence, email address, sex, telephone number, passport information, destination address in the U.S., travel information (round trip airline ticket, flight number and city where you are boarding) as well as questions regarding communicable diseases (chancroid, gonorrhea, granuloma inquinale, HIV, leprosy, lymphogranuloma venereum, syphilis [active], tuberculosis [active], and others), physical or mental disorders, drug addiction problems, arrests, convictions, past history of visa cancellation or denial, and prior deportations from the U.S. The traveler will also be asked whether they are seeking work in the U.S., have ever been deported or tried to get a visa by fraud or misrepresentation. The traveler will be asked if they have ever detained a child of a U.S. Citizen granted custody of the child, and whether they have ever asserted immunity from prosecution.

Do I Select “Business” or “Pleasure (Tourist) at the Airport Port of Entry?

After the ESTA Travel Authorization is granted, the foreign traveler will be interviewed by government officers at the first American airport they land. The officer will ask what the foreign traveler will be doing in America and the questioning can take up to four hours in a detained setting called “secondary inspection.” The officer may ask the traveler “what else are you doing in America?” repeatedly to try to get “the real” answer. If the traveler is only going to be a tourist, they are not allowed to do any business, including meeting with any attorneys, applying for a bank account, meeting with real estate agents, or other business consulting activities. Even though the traveler is going to conduct just one business meeting while in America, they are required to report it and enter as a business visitor. The business visitor is allowed to participate in tourist activities, but the tourist visitor is not allowed to participate in any business activities. Therefore, if any business might be conducted while in America, it is best to tell the government officers about it at the airport to avoid being accused of lying, put immediately on a plane back to your home country, and barred from America for life.

What Else Do Can the Airport Officers Make Me Prove After I Land?

The airport officers will ask the traveler proof of a foreign residence (address on foreign driver’s license), whether their intention is to depart at the end of the visit (round trip airline ticket), whether the traveler has a job (letter, paystub, business card) and family in their home country, (marriage certificate, childrens’ birth certificates), and whether the traveler has the money to travel around America (bank statement or credit cards with bank letter showing credit limit). The airport officers are also required to ask where the traveler will stay in America (hotel reservations or friends/relatives’ homes) and have been known to pick up the phone to verify all of the aforementioned information.

Can I Be Searched in the American Airport? Am I Entitled to Legal Representation?

While being interviewed at the American airport, all luggage (even locked bags) can be searched, as well as the traveler’s body and his/her cell phone (including text messages and phone numbers) and laptop (including hard drive). The officers may “google” a traveler’s name and check out their myspace, Facebook or hyves pages. The traveler is not allowed to be represented by an attorney or even call their attorney while in “secondary inspection.” Bathroom visits, water and food may be limited, so it is best to prepare for such an occasion while still on the plane before landing.

Do I Still Have to Go Through the “US-VISIT” Program at the American Airport?

Foreign travelers arriving at American airports and seaports must still be photographed and fingerprinted every time they enter the U.S.

Who Should I Ask For Help to Fill Out the ESTA Application?

The information a traveler provides on the ESTA application can remain in their file with U.S. authorities for a minimum of 15 years – probably longer. If a foreign traveler has some questions about how to answer the questions so as not to be permanently barred from America, it would be prudent to them to pay for a legal consultation with an American Immigration Attorney who is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). Beware of unauthorized private websites that offer ESTA application assistance for $49.99 – they are usually not authorized to practice immigration law and are asking travelers to pay for a copy of the application questions, which are free on the dhs.gov website.

If I Am Denied the ESTA Travel Authorization Will it Effect My Ability to Obtain a Visa at the U.S. Embassy?

When the ESTA Travel Authorization is denied, the foreign traveler must make an appointment at a U.S. Embassy in their country to apply for a formal Visa. The U.S. Embassy is operated by the U.S. Department of State and there are no expedited procedures for those who have been denied ESTA Travel Authorization. Because the ESTA program is so new, it is impossible to predict how badly a denial of the ESTA Travel Authorization will impact a traveler’s application for a Visa at a U.S. Embassy or impact their future travel to America in general. American Immigration Attorneys are in close contact with their foreign clients and will share the denial information with each other starting in January 2009. Currently there are no government policies regulating this area of the law, or opportunities to appeal a denial.

When Is the a “New” ESTA Travel Authorization Required?

A new ESTA Travel Authorization is required during the two years if (1) the traveler is issued a new passport (2) the traveler changes his name (3) the traveler changes his or her gender (4) the traveler’s country of citizenship changes or (5) the circumstances underlying the traveler’s previous responses to any of the ESTA application questions requiring a “yes” or “no” response have changed (such as a new arrest).

Can an American Immigration Attorney, Travel Agent or Employer Fill Out the ESTA Application?

A third party, such as a relative, travel agent or American Immigration Attorney, is permitted to submit an ESTA application on behalf of a VWP traveler. Be aware that the traveler is still responsible under the law for the answers submitted on his or her behalf by a third party.

Over 68,000 travelers have already voluntarily registered by using the ESTA online system in the last few months. Applicants are reminded to obtain a new “e-passport” which has an integrated computer chip capable of storing biographic information from the data page, as well as other biometric information, when registering with ESTA.

Do not compare yourself to others if you want to get rid of your obesity problem successfully. Since everyone is different, you might lose motivation to lose weight if you compare yourself to others. Your friend might be able to lose weight faster than you, so what? Who cares anyway? The most important thing is to find a weight loss method which is suitable for you. Different individuals have different needs and you are not doing your body any good by comparing yourself to others all the time.

If your husband and you are trying to lose weight at the same time and he loses it faster than you, do not be depressed. It has been shown that men have a faster weight loss rate compared to women and this might be due to the fact that women are the ones who give birth to children. They may need more fat compared to men to support possible pregnancies. Therefore, if you are a woman and you want to lose weight, set a more realistic goal instead of something same with your husband. You will lose weight historically if you are doing the right ways according to your pace.

The best ways are still eating right and exercise. Weight loss methods such as pills or courses might provide you with temporary weight loss results only. Even if they really work, they might give you some side effects which are much more harmful than your unwanted pounds. Lose weight healthily is the best choice you can ever choose.

What You Need to Know about Vacation Rentals before You Go

That time of the year is finally here. You know what I’m talking about, the one or two weeks you get every year to escape from “real life” and just be you. Relax, eat and drink well, enjoy your family, catch up on some much needed sleep. But, before you pack up and head out, rethink the all-too-normal hotel stay. Believe it or not, you have options, one of which is the vacation rental.

Wouldn’t it be nice to leave your own home, arrive in your destination city and settle into a “home away from home” for your next vacation? That’s what vacation rentals are all about. These are homes waiting to be rented out by people on vacation. Each vacation rental owner will have different criteria in what type of renter they are looking for, each vacation rental house will vary in amenities, and each price will be dependent on the time of year and the length of stay. So, it sounds like a great idea, but how do you figure out how to make it all happen? Not a problem. Below you will find answers to frequently asked questions regarding vacation rentals. Read on, my friend, your next “home away from home” vacation rental is right around the corner.

Frequently Asked Questions on Vacation Rentals

What are the advantages of a vacation rental?

Do you ever wish your hotel room had just a little more personality? Yeah, I thought so. Well, renting someone else’s home for your vacation might just be the thing you’re looking for. Usually offering larger living spaces than hotel rooms, these vacation rentals are all about living like you were in your own home. They offer greater privacy than hotel rooms and most rentals have a kitchen area for cooking, which in the end will save you money if you prepare some of your own meals.

You’ll enjoy several rooms, and maybe even different levels, instead of one big room where the whole family sleeps. Many owners will leave information on things to do and see in the local area. Vacation rental homes are clean, friendly, comfortable and inviting. This is because many of them aren’t just rental homes, but also function as the owner’s own residence for part of the year.

A majority of vacation rentals tend to be cheaper on a per night basis than their hotel counterpart. By renting directly from the owner you will avoid taxes, tips and other extraneous charges. However, there is a wide variation among costs based on a number of factors (see How Much Should I Expect to Pay below)

What are the drawbacks of a vacation rental?

Of course, there’s always the other side of the coin. As vacation rentals are not usually monitored by a central managing company, you’ll only know what you’re getting yourself into when you actually arrive to your rental. Many owners require pre-payment, or at least a large deposit fee, before arriving. Therefore, if things aren’t the way you anticipated after arriving, or if you find your dwelling unacceptable and decide to head to a local hotel, you may lose any money you prepaid. This is also true for last minute cancellations. There isn’t usually a refund. You always run the risk of getting less than you expected, but, it’s rare.

Most times, vacation rentals tend to be cheaper than an average hotel room per night. But, not always, so make sure you are comfortable with the price you will be asked to pay.

Another disadvantage to vacation rentals is the lack of a managing member on site to deal with any problems that you may encounter with the home or during your stay in general. Most owners get around this by having a list of emergency numbers, utility companies and other such items available to the renter should they need anything.

What amenities are included in a vacation rental?

Since every rental is owned by a different owner, each will include different amenities. Some come with swimming pools, hot tubs, others with golf packages, and horse stable privileges. In cities with tourist attractions, some owners include tickets to local attractions.

Most vacation rentals come with the essentials: TV, equipped kitchen, towels, linen, and everyday appliances, but it never hurts to ask these questions when searching for the perfect place. Be sure to understand exactly what you are paying for before sending in the payment.

What types of rentals are available?

Pretty much any type of dwelling that you would want to live in during your vacation is available somewhere. From studios in downtown Manhattan to a villa in the south of Spain, you’ll be able to find what you’re looking for. The range of available options is mind boggling. Additionally, each week, month and year there are new possibilities as owners put their homes up for only certain weeks or months of the year, the choices are constantly changing.

Are vacation rentals only available in the US?

Vacation rentals are available worldwide. They can be found in every state of the US and almost every country in the world. Don’t be fooled by their different names, though. Vacation rentals are also known as holiday cottages, tourist rentals and holiday rentals. If you are looking for one in Europe, the Italians call them agriturismi, while the French say gites. If you are in Germany you will be looking for ferienwohnungen (yep, try to say that three times fast with a bratwurst in your mouth!)

Regardless of what you call it, though, a vacation rental is a great option for those getting ready to take a few weeks off from reality and enjoy the good life a bit.

How do I find a property?

There are several ways to go about finding the perfect vacation rental for your next trip. Check with your local travel agent to find someone in your area that specializes in finding owners and renters and getting them together. Another option is the yellow pages. Finally, there is a wealth of information on the Internet. Type in a search for “vacation rentals” and over 13,300,000 websites can be found just on http://www.google.com alone. Some websites only list vacation rentals in the United States while others specialize in vacation rentals worldwide. There are some sites that will allow the potential renter to look for a residence by specific search criteria such as a particular destination, certain number of bedrooms and types of amenities that are included in the property.

Most of the vacation rental services on the internet are only the “go-between” or the “classified” section of the newspaper. They take no responsibility for the truth or correctness of the ads that are listed on their sites. So, do your homework by making phone calls, speaking with the owner and asking specific questions. Make sure you feel comfortable with the answers, if not, move on to the next rental, there are plenty.

If you’re not comfortable with the whole renter/owner thing, there is another way to rent a vacation home. Some companies exist that strictly buy and rent out homes to vacationers. They offer a bit more security so that you feel you are truly getting what you bargained for (although nothing is ever 100% fool proof). Additionally, sometimes these agencies will give you cancellation insurance. In other words, if you cancel before arriving, they may be able to refund a portion of your deposit or payment instead of keeping it as most owners do if a cancellation occurs. With some agencies you’ll find that you pay a higher price than going directly to an owner. This is how the agencies make their profits. There are always pros and cons to each scenario. Ensure you know which one works best for you.

How much should I expect to pay?

This is a tough question to answer. The amount you pay will depend on what country or state you are visiting, number of days you are staying, and type of house you are renting. Some owners offer package deals including tickets or sightseeing events along with the rental, others include bonus days if you stay for a certain length of time. There are other owners who may offer free or add-on house cleaning service with your stay while some go to great efforts to ensure you have everything you need, even additional items such as a crib, highchair or wheelchair. Each vacation rental will be entirely different than the next. Your best bet after deciding on your destination is to review multiple rentals to determine which is better suited to your needs and overall budget.

Are there any hidden fees?

Hidden fees usually only emerge after you have arrived. These may include extra for phone calls, house cleaning service, extra person fees, excess heat and air-conditioning bills, pet deposit, computer access… etc. Again, be extremely thorough when interviewing the owner of your prospective vacation rental. Ask about any “extra” fees, or if the house is “all-inclusive”. Do you have free access to all the pantry and food items? How about the laundry supplies? All utilities? It never hurts to ask!

Vacation Rentals

In summary, cover all bases by asking lots of questions. Getting your agreement in writing is also a very smart idea. After these basics are out of the way you will be ready to take off for your home-away-from-home vacation rental. Try one this year and see for yourself that vacation rentals can be a fantastic means to really getting the full enjoyment out of your next vacation.

2 Tips to Last Longer During Sex! – Uncover Secrets to Increase Your Stamina

Do you agree that we men will sacrifice anything in exchange for the staying power in bed? This is an open secret that no man should be ashamed of. Sex is natural. It is an integral part of life. Some men tend to keep it to themselves when they are having a sexual stamina problem. Let’s face it guys, if you don’t fix it, don’t expect the issue to go away by itself.

Sexual stamina has become a big issue and there is a huge demand for the solution. The drug companies have come up with indirect solutions like sprays to slow down an ejaculation, specialty condoms, and some kind of miracle drugs. Do these help? I have tried them all. They do help to a certain degree, but only temporarily. You see, if the root cause of the issue still remains, no matter how many miracle pills you take or how often you use the sprays on your organ, the problem won’t go away.

What’s the alternative then? Can we achieve sexual stamina without pills or sprays? Yes, we can. Lasting longer in bed can be achieved by natural means. Take a look at the list below, and you will be surprised how many options we have to get rid of this problem once and for all and improve our sexual stamina.

1) High-Protein Diet:

A healthy high-protein diet will provide direct benefits for any man who needs to add extra minutes during sex. Nuts, grains, olive oil, salmon, sardines and a variety of fish have proven to help men go longer during sex.

2) Backpedaling:

This technique may be new to you, but it has been practiced for hundreds of years by men with high sexual prowess. It is believed that those notorious lovers in history like Casanova practiced backpedaling to satisfy their women. A competent lover will know when to pause. I know this is tough. I understand that when you are in the middle of action and the level of pleasure is approaching the point of no return, it is extremely hard to stop. But this is a technique that can be mastered. You can control your ejaculation if you practice.

You have to pull the brakes and do whatever it takes to keep yourself from going over the edge too soon. You may be arguing that the climax is rightfully yours to enjoy, therefore you don’t have to wait for anybody. Yes, the sexual climax is definitely your right, but don’t you think it is better to take her there first? Mutual pleasure is always better than one-sided pleasure. Focus on giving her pleasure not on yourself. Practice and your endurance will come naturally.

Popular airlines often have ticket deals and sales for certain times of the year. Schedule your trips around these times so that you can save on airfares. Also, schedule your flights for the middle of the week when most business travelers or vacationers don’t fly.

4. Scout for destination packages

These are great ways to save money. You can get all-inclusive packages, especially at resorts, for less at certain times of the year.

5. Check with your employer

If you work for the government or for a large corporation, check with your employer to see which destinations worldwide have benefits for employees when they travel. Make use of these benefits and save your money. Travel with proof from your employer to your destination. These may even still apply even if you are a retiree.

6. Check with your school

If you are a student, especially a college student, check with your school for travel benefits that they may have for students. You may also be able to access international programs for students that will save you money when you travel.

If you are in high school, get your parents or guardians to look for locales for possible school trips. There are normally discounted group packages that will save them money and are cheaper than if they were to do it on their own. Usually, a teacher or school employee will chaperone the students on the trip.

7. Join a charity or religious organization

There are some charity and religious organizations that have overseas missions. As a member on a mission, you will get to travel for free. However, please bear in mind that you are on these trips to assist others and not for your own self-gratification.

8. Make a travel budget

It is very tempting to get carried away while traveling. You will come across many things to spend money on. Make a travel budget and stick to it.

9. Stay at cheaper accommodation

If you are not on a travel package that offered you hotels at cheaper rates consider accommodation that will cost you less but are still safe. These include bed and breakfast offerings in private homes, rooms on university campuses, convents, motels and cottages.

10. Try couch surfing

You may have a friend or family member living in another country. If they don’t mind having you, consider staying with them instead of paying for accommodation. Another thing you can try is a house sitting arrangement. This is where you occupy and watch over someone’s property and their pets while they are away. Lastly, you can join couch surfing communities where you can connect and stay with locals for free.

11. Walk a lot

Save money by using your feet and not spending it on taxis or Uber. You can also wear a pair of smart shoes during your trip. Not only can it guide you and give you directions, but also burn calories as well.

12. Rent or buy your own transportation

Instead of paying for taxi rides to places, consider renting or buying your own transportation. Two-wheel vehicles, such as bicycles, scooters, or motorbikes, are normally the best to rent or buy as they cost less. You will get more mileage out of these to go many places at less cost.

13. Use electronic guides

There are now many kinds of guides that you can access to help you get around your vacation locale. You can access many of these GPS applications on your mobile phone. This will help you to save money on tour buses and tour guides.

14. Cook instead of purchasing meals

Don’t consider cooking on a trip a chore. You can make it fun by trying out some new foods where you are. Buy fresh food at their local market and experiment with some new dishes. You can do an internet search to find out how to cook them, and it does not have to be elaborate. Not only will this save you money but you get to learn about cuisine in another culture.

15. Look around for meal deals

Meal deals are not only available at international fast-food restaurants. You can find these elsewhere too. For example, buffet style restaurants, where the size of the dishes far outweigh what you pay. There are also all-you-can-eat restaurants and other places that offer discounted meals on certain days. Some of them don’t mind you leaving with a “doggie bag” either.

16. Drink boiled water

You don’t have to spend money on bottled water, which can add up. Use the regular water from the tap and boil it. Cool it and drink that. You may even use it to make drinks instead of spending on those too.

17. Entertainment deals

If you took a vacation package then you don’t have to spend extra on entertainment. This will be provided on a nightly basis for free. If you are traveling solo, due to negative worldwide events, avoid entertainment late at night and in certain places. Consider a local movie or concert.

18. Use your debit or credit cards instead of cash

Make sure your card doesn’t charge a foreign transaction fee. Then, if you have to pay for something, use your debit or credit cards instead of cash. You may be able to save money on the currency exchange differential depending on which country you’re in. Additionally, your card may have benefits such as insurance that protects your purchases or points that you can cash in for something else later. Every little benefit helps.

19. Shop at discounted stores

You don’t have to buy stuff in expensive shops for visitors or tourists. Duty Free shops in airports and shops in hotels charge way more for the same items than you can find in a local discount store. Look around for these, they shouldn’t be that hard to find.

20. Gifts for others

If you must take back gifts for friends and family, go for inexpensive items. Small souvenir items are great and you don’t have to buy them at expensive souvenir shops catering to tourists. If you go out an explore, you can find them gift ideas in local stores and craft markets.

Last Minute Gifting Ideas

Well it is literally the last minute. Christmas has arrived, Hanukkah is half-way through and you are still without a gift for that important person. Last minute shopping syndrome can hit any of us, and often at the wrong time. You may have forgotten an anniversary, a birthday, a festival like Christmas or anything equally unforgivable. And we know this, because we too have been through it at some point of time. To help you cope with that last minute stress of buying a wonderful gift, we give some top class gift suggestions that you can use.

Gift cards

These are often the most obvious choice. Most departmental stores stack them too, often giving a choice of different retailers. Pick up a card that is more specific to your loved one's needs. Or if you are literally at your loved one's doorstep while making a purchase, try buying online cards from your mobile phone. You could download these quickly and email them to your loved ones immediately.

Downloadable gifts

Thanks to the digital age, gifts can now be downloaded quickly and easily. You can choose to purchase music, books on to kindle or Nook, using a wide range of available e-retailers. What's more, you can even download photographs or artwork referring to your favorite artists. If you have a ready photograph of your loved one, you can also popart it and email it to them as a Christmas gift. This can later be printed on to a medium of their choice.

Readymade designs

If you want to retain the charm of a real gift, which involves teasing the gift wrapper off, you can consider a gift of art. However, this means that you will have to go to a store and purchase a piece. You can instead simply pick up a piece of art online and ask it to be shipped to your loved one. However, if you are at his or her doorstep, do inform them that graciously special gift is on the way for them, which inadvertently got delayed with the festive rush.

Create an opportunity

While many gifts are received on Christmas or special occasions, use this time to create an opportunity for a gift that comes later. Use the services of a professional photographer or use a good camera to take good pictures of the occasion. You can create interesting photo collages or pop art versions of these photographs that can be used for gifting later. Such gifts will be more cherished, as they will capture the essence of the occasion and create lasting memories.

Photo art is a unique gift, that is useful not just now but forever. It helps capture important moments of life on the timeless frame that stays on for generations to see. Give the gift of art to people what you really love and care about. And when you do so, you ensure that your gift and along with it your love and affection for the people involved stays young forever.

7 Ways To Cut Travel Expenses From Your Next Funding Round

You’re on the funding round trail to secure cash to boost your start up or to take your existing company to the next level. If you’ve tried and failed at all the sources you could try without leaving your office, and you simply must travel with following seven suggestions for getting you there – and back – without doing it on a wing and a prayer, and without giving your bank balance too much of a pounding.

  1. Why are you booking all this travel? Yes, I know, you couldn’t get funding sitting in the office. But that’s why you’re travelling, not why you’re booking it. Get a travel agent involved. They’re specialists and you’re not. Every trade has its tricks, and the travel business is no different. Giving a list of dates and destinations, and let them iron out the hassle. You could spend the time saved with the family to iron out the hassle of being away on another business trip. Hey, I’m just saying…
  2. Set the rules. Don’t let the travel agent upsell you into upmarket hotels with complicated pillow menus and in-room saunas. You’re trying to generate cash on this funding round, not spend it. The hotel room is a place to sleep for one or two nights; you’re not moving in. Set a budget and have them work within it. Being clear at the outset helps them to help you.
  3. Get on the chain gang. There’s something comforting in the familiar, and that’s what you’ll find if you work with the same chain of hotels. What’s even more comforting is that you’ll be able to tap into loyalty schemes that will make your trip cheaper. We’re trying to raise money here. See tip 2.
  4. Travel light. You can move faster if you travel light. Get your packing down to a fine art, and manage with a carry-on bag. Be sure it’s a size that airlines will accept, and you can be the first to the cab rank when the flight’s landed, rather than watching a broken push-chair trundle round the baggage carousel. Look, it’s coming around again… I wonder if your case has gone to Birmingham, UK, rather than Birmingham, Alabama? Maybe that’s why it hasn’t appeared yet… Oops…
  5. Eat out. What kind of crazy advice is this? Why would you eat out, when you’re staying in a hotel? Well, a couple of reasons, actually. Firstly, if you’ve squeezed the budget very tight, you may well be staying in an hotel with no restaurant, but even if you’re not, getting out in the evening will get you some exercise whilst you’re walking around to find the right kind of eatery, and secondly, you’ll get a flavour of the city you’re visiting, and that’ll come for nothing. Exercise and sightseeing at no cost? What’s not to like?
  6. Whose money is it anyway? If you’re on the hunt for finance, chances are it’s your business that’s footing the bill, so consider this. How about paying for your own meals? It’s what you’d do at home, having shopped for groceries or picked a restaurant, so why not do the same on a business trip? In the grand scheme of things, it might save only a few pennies, but hey, it’ll all add to the profitability, even if only a tiny bit. Travel expense management software is a brilliant tool for keeping track of what you’ve spent, allowing you to reassure yourself that you’ve had value for money.
  7. OK, you win. So, you want to do it yourself, all this travel booking malarkey. Go ahead – but do me a favour. Use some travel and expense management software. Failure to do that means the whole thing will be out of control, and no matter what it says on the plane ticket, you won’t know where you are financially.
